* 1+ years with Ruby on Rails 2.x<br>
* Experience with e-commerce and payment gateways<br>
* Understanding of the importance of automated testing and testable code<br>
* Understanding of core object-oriented principles and the MVC pattern<br>
* Ability to work across all layers: database, business logic, and front-end<br>
* Clean, semantic XHTML, CSS, and Javascript<br>
* Good working knowledge of SQL beyond the basics<br>

* Capistrano or other deployment tools<br>
