<div dir="ltr"><b>Who are we? </b><br>We are young startup company based in Austin that is looking to change the way people search for live-music entertainment. <br><br><b>What are we looking for?</b><br>We are looking for a team or individual that is ready to implement application enhancements on a weekly rapid-release parallel development schedule. Additionally, while we will always strive to deliver the most detailed business and technical requirements, we are looking for resources that can identify flaws in requirements logic. In other words, we're not perfect and if we ask for functionality that you feel would constrain the business going forward, we expect you to call us out. <br>
<br><b>What we have built so far: </b><br>We have a basic infrastructure and alpha site that will be ready shortly.<br><br><b>Time frame: </b><br>We will require daily communication updates as to work completed, work-in-progress and upcoming development plans. Most of the features / application enhancements will require 1-2 week turnaround time from scoping to rollout. <br>
<br><b>Pay Structure: </b><br>Currently, we are more interested in full-time development resources, but are open to negotiating a part-time / flexibile schedule depending on your experience. In terms of pay, we are a startup, so equity will be involved in addition to cash compensation. <br>
<br>There is a lot to talk about in regards to who we are, what we do, and where we to hope to be that would be more easily discussed over the phone or in person. If you have extensive RoR experience, enjoy working with startup companies, love live-music and are available for 30+ hours / week for development, we would love to talk with you.
