[Jobs] Part-Time Rails Developer Needed

Shiny New Resume, http://shinynewresume.com/, is looking for a part-time Ruby/Rails developer to handle new feature development and various troubleshooting  tasks. We are a one-year-old, Austin-based start-up who has lost our previous developer (although he will be available to answer questions and give directions). We are looking for a new lead developer who can dedicate up to 10 hours a week to the site for the next 2 months and then be available for an indefinite on-going basis after that (probably no more that a few hours a week).

The requirements are:

• At least 1 year experience developing in a Rails/MySQL environment
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and Git
• Knowledge of HAML, SASS, Compass/Blueprint
• Prior experience with e-commerce development (payment gateways, SSL, etc.)

Additional pluses include:
• Knowledge of AJAX
• Experience with email marketing and deliverability
• Cross-browser optimization
