Serials Solutions (http://www.serialssolutions.com) is looking for Ruby
developers in either Austin, TX or Seattle, WA to create and enhance our
suite of real-world, high-traffic web interfaces written using the Ruby on
Rails framework.

We use Ruby, JRuby, jQuery, Java and an uber-fast service oriented
architecture to develop rails apps that are far from cookie cutter (e.g. no
ActiveRecord, no Datmapper. In fact, no local persistence of any kind!)

Do you describe yourself as the following?

* Ruby developer first and Rails developer second?
* Thrive working in and learning about heterogeneous language environments
like Ruby, Python and Javascript?

If so, then this is an excellent opportunity to tackle the hard problems
 where many rails devs fear to go.


The bar:

* 2+ years ruby experience
* 1+ year rails experience
* javascript fu required
* unix fu a must
* java experience greatly appreciated
* must be local to Austin, TX or Seattle, WA
