We are looking for a web application developer with experience using the
jQuery javascript toolkit and one or more Ruby-based web frameworks to
deliver professional product interfaces. The ideal candidate can argue
the merits of the popular javascript libraries, understands why Ruby 1.9
is worth the pain of compatibility changes, and enjoys sketching UI
flows in their spare time. 

Experience with network security concepts (and a desire to know more),
Agile development methods, professional reporting, and RSpec are a plus.
All candidates should be comfortable in both Windows and Unix
environments, understand how to deploy the resulting application, and
have a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking. This position pays
well, is work-from-home for at least the first year (moving to an Austin
office afterwards), and is working with a small, world-class team of
security experts and developers.
