I'm looking for one, possibly two Rails programmers for a contracting  
gig for one existing Rails app and two green-field Rails applications.

The skill requirements:

- Professional Ruby/Rails experience. Code test required.
- Testing a must. My projects maintain 100% code coverage. We use  
Shoulda. If you know any of the other testing frameworks, you can  
learn this one quickly.
- Must be good with customers, and self motivated.
- Can work out of your home for at least 80% of the time.
- Strong JavaScript a plus, but not a must.

I guarantee that you will be a better programmer coming out of this gig.
