I'm looking for a good CSS programmer for some contract work. It's  
part time now, but will quickly grow to more.

- Some knowledge of Ruby/Rails
- Must be strong with CSS
- Must be a good designer.

The developer will take design comps and translate them to CSS and  
integrate them with Rails websites.
