This position is for a senior engineer who will head the development  
of our online lead generation platform. Applicants must be senior  
developers with firsthand experience in creating database-backed web  
applications.

Pipeline Success is a leading provider of performance-based Internet  
marketing solutions.We use our expertise and leverage a large network  
of Internet affiliates to produce leads and orders on a pay-for- 
performance basis. We have built relationships with some of the best  
Internet affiliates over our years in business. These relationships  
are leveraged to ensure high quality, low cost, high volume lead and  
sales production. We are focused on quality and brand control.  
Pipeline Success was founded by experienced executives with  
backgrounds in Internet company management, sales, and marketing. With  
a combined 30 years of experience, this team has led numerous  
successful efforts in these areas.

Above all else, a successful candidate will need to be able to design  
and write solid, well documented, enterprise-level code. This is a  
significant application that has fueled our company's growth and we  
are building a dedicated development team to expand, enhance and scale  
the platform to handle a wide array of markets and customers.   
Although our application is built in Ruby on Rails, good application  
engineering skills are far more important than knowledge of Rails.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 5 or more years experience in web application development with  
database backends, preferably in Linux environments
• 5 or more years in enterprise web application experience in Rails,  
Java or.NET
• 2 or more years experience managing a small team of developers
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or at least willingness to learn new  
things
• Ability to write automated tests and create tools that will verify  
and validate system requirements and functionality
• Motivation as a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced  
environment
• Proven track record in rapidly delivering software in an incremental  
fashion
• Familiarity with online marketing concepts
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
