Hi all!  I've got a permanent position open for the following:

 


 

The ideal candidate will:

1.       -

Have significant backend experience.

-Understand performance, logic, DB queries, Schemas, backend application logic.

 

-Know RoR at a reasonable level

 

-Know and has done some Microsoft C/C++ work with DevStudio. Simple things like a system tray or other basic MSFT api’s used for building native apps on Windows. (Nothing huge, but some real-world experience…) 

 

(If they have done any WMI/SNMP type work that would be a BIG plus!)

 

-WANT to work at a startup and get more and more responsibility/ownership.
