We're a small 4 person startup looking for an experienced senior RoR 
developer for a 4 to 6 week project starting immediately.

We're looking for a driven individual who will work physically out of 
our Arboretum office to help us make this project successful on a short 
deadline.

The project is well defined and two members of the staff are experienced 
software developers who are new to the RoR framework.  The ideal 
candidate will ensure that we're building a well structured rails app 
and help us meet our deadline that's about 4 weeks away.

We're looking for candidates with 2+ years of RoR experience and 
successful commercial rails apps under their belt.
