Seeking for an experienced Rails developer who can coach two college interns in a project to take a Rails website from prototype to a secured workable solution.   The existing prototype was developed with in Rails and has a working database.  It can perform a limited number of tasks, but needs encryption, embedded credit card apps, and affiliation apps, to become B2C commercial website.  The task requires a five-hour session to review the project and then 1-2 hours weekly for 10 weeks advising the team on the project.  Compensation will be paid at market rates.
