[Jobs] Part-time Rails tutor - flexible hours

I have had limited success teaching myself Rails via Peepcode 
screencasts and am looking for a Rails tutor to help me along.

I do not have any specific ideas of how I prefer my tutoring but I think 
using small Rails projects as homework assignments would be very helpful. 

time needed - 1-2 hours a week
pay  - $20-50 depending on experience.
tutoring could be done remotely (ichat) and/or in person
