Looking for a Part-time Development Project Lead

Description:

Work with the account manager, the clients, and dev teams to take  
project requests, break them into specifications, quote and distribute  
them amongst the various development teams. Keep track of the progress  
of aforesaid development, Check quality, and generally be the go to  
guy for questions from the development teams and handle technical  
questions from the client. Then help deploy per the project's  
requirements. Actual development will be little, but you might have to  
jump in to help out the teams in a bind, or to fix something so that  
it can be deployed.

Stuff you should know:

Languages we use/might use:

- Ruby
	- Rails
- PHP 5 Object-Oriented
	- Code Igniter
	- Zend
	- Cake Php

- Ajax / Javascript


This is a great position for someone who has extra time, but doesn't  
want a Full-time position as of yet, though it certainly can grow into  
something.
