Thunder Data Systems, located in Westlake (Austin, TX), is looking for an
entry to mid-level programmer Rails and PHP developer.  There are a lot of
legacy PHP applications that have to be supported, and a few being ported
into Rails.  All new projects are Rails based.  Thunder Data offers web
application development for small to medium sized businesses.  You can learn

casual, relaxed atmosphere (you don't have to dress up every day to come
into the office).

The ideal candidate would include:

* 4 yr college degree related to IT or computer science (or related
experience)
* 2 yr or more experience with PHP and Ruby on Rails
* Comfortable within a Unix environment
* Familiar with Agile development practices, TDD and OO programming and
design
* Has experience using source control (with SVN)
* Experience with popular Rails plugins such as restful_authentication,
ActiveMerchant, RMagick and attachment_fu, etc.
