This one can be Contract or Permanent. 

The last contractor was there almost 2 years.

 

Responsibilities:

*         The ideal candidate will have experience with both UI and
Backend Development. 

*         Designing and developing software used by thousands of users a
day according to functional and technical design specifications

*         Working closely with various teams- business, QA, operations,
development to design and develop new products

*         Brainstorming with other brilliant people

*         Enjoying your job and having fun at work

Required:

*         3-5 years programming experience with an emphasis on web based
applications

*         Must have experience and understanding of Object Oriented
Programming.

*         Must have experience with Ruby on Rails.

*         Experience with any of the following (or more than one): C++,
Java, Python, PHP

*         Backend web development with Ruby on Rails.

*         Must have some database query experience with one of the
following- SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, Oracle.

*         Solid, demonstrated problem solving skills

*         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be a Proactive Learner that wants to work in a fast paced Startup
environment!
