[Jobs] Flex/Rails gig $7,500 & UI designer $1,250

Short notice, but I just found out about this group!  I am on the verge of hiring a CA company tomorrow, but I'd reconsider if someone is avaiable in Austin.  Need responses today/tongiht - please include your phone number.

We need software by 3/1/09.  It is estimated to take approximately 300 - 500 hours, depending on your experience programing and communicating.  This job is not by the hour, it's a fixed cost budget, and we pay for additional requests outside the spec at approx. $20/hour.

So, if you've got:
1) Actionscript 3 and Rails skills (responsible for working UI to demonstrate all functionality) = $7,500
2) UI designer, human usability wireframe (advise on flow and generate polished look and feel) = $1,250

The attached screen shots for UI are just for ideas - the UI designer can do better.
The attached spec gets at the essential goals - not how to do it.

Technically speaking, it's some basic flex forms, rails backed, email connected, e-commerce system that can send a gift card out, and a couple of reports that look like a "game" (have nice graphics moving around over a background image), and some regular pie chart stuff.
