My client is an Austin-based startup company (venture-backed) and they
provide IT mgmt software. Great company, people, and pay. They are
looking for a ROR developer to add to their team, someone that really
knows app. programming/coding, and not just UI. This will be mostly
back-end and you need to know design and implementation of large-scale
applications. Someone that works with Ruby in their daily work
environments is preferred, with about 1+ years of experience. The main
thing is that you really enjoy and want to work in a startup environment
(responsibility, ownership, a lot of decision making, over-achiever).
