We're a small, well-established Web design firm in need of a Ruby on 
Rails programmer for an in-house project that has to be finished by 
early July. We have a clear vision of what the end product will be, we 
just need someone to take that vision and make it a reality.

Ideally, you:
* Love working with Ruby on Rails and MySQL
* Strive for elegant efficiency in your code
* Know how to make a Linux server hum
* Approach problems with both creativity and practicality
* Can meet deadlines with little or no supervision
* Are mature enough to know when to ask for help
* Work and play well with others
* Have an insatiable need to be the best at your craft

We're offering the job as a contract position at $65/hour with a cap of 
200 hours (both are negotiable). We've got a lot of business coming in 
right now, so there's potential for a full-time position if things work out.
