Master Web Design is a small firm in Austin, Texas with a LOT of work and
some big clients. We are currently looking for a developer to help ease the
workload and work on current and existing projects while we expand.

You should consider yourself an experienced developer. Able to work on
multiple projects in unison while pushing to meet deadlines. You should take
pride in your code and it's presentation.

Qualified developers will have knowledge in as many of the following as
possible:

-OSX : We are a Mac firm.
-Rails 2+
-CSS & HTML presentation
-Browser discrepancies in dealing with CSS
-REST
-SOAP & Web Services
-Liquid Layouts
-Creating custom plugins
-Content Management Systems and their creation
-Blogging systems and their creation
-Flash / Flex & Rails integration
-Creating Facebook applications
-Have created at least one major project either as sole developer or as part
of a team.
-Comfortable working on a team and solo on projects.
-Ability to work through distraction, we have an open office plan and
conversation will be raging among other developers at times.
