One of the most exciting startups in the Austin area is looking for a couple of hardcore Rails developers to join our team of some of the most-experienced Rails developers around.  We're looking primarily for back-end developers to assist with our high-volume-data processing and data mining application.  User interface skills are a huge plus although not required and only a basic knowledge of HTML / CSS would be needed as we have outsourced those components to the best in the business.  Our team is committed to building a world-class application that will push the limits of Rails and its operating environment.

The ideal candidate would be comfortable in agile environments such as XP and Scrum and working in small teams.  We have a fast-paced environment, work hard, play hard, and are looking for like-minded individuals to join us.
