We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer with a proven track
record of successfully translating business requirements to technical
solutions.  The ideal candidate will work closely with the business
owner to deliver features and make architectural investments to an
application used by Fortune 500 companies.  You will be responsible
for technical architecture and design, developing release schedules,
and driving the technology solutions of a small company.

You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work
independently.  About half of your time will be spent on-site and the
remainder will be working remotely.  Required technologies include
Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Apache, and Linux.  Knowledge of Flex Charting
is a big plus.

We are open to various arrangements, but a contract-to-permanent
arrangement would be ideal.  We anticipate about 30 hours/wk to start,
half of which will be spent onsite at our Austin office.  After a few
months, if both sides are amenable, you would join us on a permanent
basis.  Compensation is commensurate with experience.
