[Jobs] ISO Rails Consultant for USAID Project

I am looking for a Rails consultant to help architect a USAID project with
the Jamaican Ministry of Education.  The application is being developed for
primary school teachers in rural Jamaica.  Details about the project are
here: http://jamaica.usaid.gov/en/Activity.1063.aspx.  The project should
last through the fall, with intermittent work through winter and next year
(and client visits to Jamaica as necessary).  We are looking to proceed
