Mumboe, a technological front-runner specializing in providing companies
with web-based tools for contract management, is currently seeking to
hire a Developer to join our team and contribute to the back end
development of our web-based, scalable, on-demand applications. 

 

Working together with a small team of web and database developers in an
agile environment, the Developer will have the opportunity to develop
experience with dynamic web applications, data mining and linguistics in
a fun, fast-paced, and flexible environment. 

 

Qualifications: 

- 5 to 10+ years experience in software development, preferably with
scalable production web applications 

- Experience in a production Ruby on Rails project preferred 

- Experience developing, deploying and maintaining code, database and
backend development preferred 

- SQL and relational database experience required 

- Knowledge of and experience in developing web application in a Linux /
Unix and Apache environment is preferred 

- Experience with Java, Perl, and Python in a Linux environment is a
plus 

- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a small team 

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field or
equivalent years of industry work experience required
