Spiceworks is looking for an application developer with a good working
knowledge of RoR as well as agile development practices. Applicants must
be proactive, show initiative and desire to work in a fast-paced
startup-environment. Spiceworks is located in NW Austin, TX. and is in its
third year of existence. Our product is in use by over 200,000 people
world-wide and we are clearly at the front of the move to RoR as a
production quality environment.  Our product can be downloaded/viewed by
going to www.spiceworks.com.  We are looking for experience with both
frontend and backend system including CSS/ XHTML/Prototype/Scriptaculous
JavaScript as well as some experience with SQL and associated business
logic and algorithms.  Knowledge of general IT and PC's is a plus.  If
