looking to add a new Ruby Guru to its highly talented, and always
entertaining, staff of über geeks. We're gonna keep this brief because
if you're "the one" you already know it.

Pleasing skills, in order of importance:


    * Zero-ego, group huddle, family-like attitude
    * Sense of humor
    * Communicate well with customers
    * "Customer First" passion
    * ROR is your native language, or second, third, or fourth
    * MySQL in your sleep
    * Believe that CSS is a beautiful thing
    * JavaScript validates your existence
    * Linux server/admin skills
