Hi all,

We're a small, tight-knit Web shop looking for a backend specialist. If 
you or anyone you know has experience with servers, databases and 
programming, we would love to talk. (Experience with Linux, MySQL and 
Ruby on Rails is definitely a plus, but the exact platforms, languages, 
etc. aren't critical -- drive, talent and the ability to grow as the 
company grows are far more important.)

Our business has been around a while (since 1999) but we've only been in 
Austin for a few months. We've got a well-established client base with 
new work coming in with more frequency than we can handle. We love what 
we do and hope to find someone equally as passionate about our craft.

The position is full time and permanent with paid vacations and 
holidays, plus company-paid health insurance through a group HSA plan.
