Our client is an exciting start-up web development firm with seasoned
and experienced management.  They are securing funding for a new web
application that will be scalable infinitely and command strong market
exposure.  We are looking for one solid Ruby on Rails developer to build
and launch this application.  This will be a contract-to-hire employment
opportunity offering W2 employment with medical, dental and vision
insurance, paid holiday and the possibility of a completion bonus.  
 
Required Technical Skills:
* 5 years web applications development experience
* Full lifecycle applications development experience
* Solid Ruby on Rails experience
* MySQL or PostgreSQL experience
* HTML, RHTML, Javascript experience
 
Preferred Technical Skills:
* CSS
* AJAX
 
Personal/Professional Qualities:
* Related college degree is preferred
* Ready to hit the ground running
* Independent, yet takes directions and follows plan
* Work well with a small, energetic team
* Ability to office onsite - minimal telecommuting
