Agile Application Architect


Are you experienced with enterprise applications, tiered architecture,
agile development, and Ruby on Rails? Do you communicate well, work well
in a team, and get satisfaction from both architecture AND hands-on
development? Are you able to translate business requirements and product
vision into application architecture?  If so, maybe you are just the

Agile Software Development


Work for one of the most progressive development shops in the US,
building a new software product line with pioneering technologies. 


Experience in the following is a must:


*	Test-driven development 
*	Continuous integration 
*	Behavior-driven design 
*	Domain-driven design 
*	Source code control
*	Ruby on Rails
*	Application Architecture
*	Excellent verbal and writing skills
*	Ability to communicate with business team, technical team,
customers, and community


Experience in the following tools and technologies is a plus:


*	Watir 
*	HTML, CSS, JavaScript 
*	CruiseControl.rb
*	Subversion
*	Mingle
*	Capistrano / deployment tools

understanding of software architecture and design to work in our agile

one-week iterations and hold daily stand-ups. We have a collaborative

design intentions. We keep the build clean. We work in an environment
that maximizes communication to minimize the volume of spec documents.
We build software that can effectively respond to change. We use open
source tools where appropriate, and proprietary tools where they make
sense. We have executive support and visibility throughout the company.
