My fellow Austinites,

 

OrgSync is seeking two additional Ruby on Rails Developers to join our
rapidly growing team.  In less than two years we have developed our flagship
product, taken it to market, stabilized our hosting using Amazon web
services cloud computing, built a team of 17 people (4 developers, 7 sales,
2 training/support, 2 marketing, and a CEO and CFO), and self-funded
ourselves by generating revenue from our 55+ colleges & university clients.
We are extremely excited about continuing to build our higher education
solution, as well as beginning to seize additional opportunities to take our
innovative solutions into other markets.

 

As a web developer, you will be responsible for all aspects of feature
implementation and product maintenance.  This includes requirement
gathering, new development, server maintenance, and product support.
Qualifications include having built at least one application using Ruby on
Rails, have an understanding of SQL and general database concepts, a solid
background in current web design best practices, and server administration
is a plus.
