rails developer to take over their application development.

Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated ruby on rails developer to be in  
charge of application development.
You would be in charge of working with the product manager to identify  
the best way to solve business problems, and then seeing the  
development all the way through to QA and deployment.
We need someone who is going to be a self-starter and can be  
responsible for successfully building and maintaining our applications.

Responsibilities would include:
* Building and maintaining ruby on rails applications that integrate  
with salesforce.com.
* Working effectively with a small team through quick, iterative  
development cycles.
* Maintaining application availability and performance metrics.

Requirements
* Solid knowledge of Ruby on Rails
* Experience integrating with salesforce.com or other APIs.
* In-depth AJAX knowledge with experience using Prototype, extjs or  
JQuery.
* Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
