talented people.  We currently have 2 positions open.  One will be
more backend focused while the other will be more UI/Design focused.
That said, we are a startup and everyone is still required to wear
lots of hats.

Spiceworks Developer
- Degree or Strong CS background
- Experience in user interface design and implementation
- Strong SQL and ActiveRecord
- Strong XHTML, CSS and Javascript
- Strong understanding of AJaX applications
- Familiarity with Prototype/Scriptaculous
- Strong Ruby and Rails experience
- Familiarity of Test driven development
