OtherInbox, a Datran Media company, is looking to hire an experienced  
Software Engineer to leads its Ruby on Rails development efforts. We  
are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will  
be responsible for the design and development of application  
architecture and will own the implementation of feature areas.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain applications’ architecture
Own the implementation of feature areas, and drive the design
and specification of these areas
Coordinate work on the development of features
Work closely with the QA team and find ways to make product
testing easier
Investigate solutions and technologies as new needs emerge
Help improve the usability, functionality, and quality of the user
experience

Requirements
BSCS or equivalent experience
1+ years developing applications in Ruby on Rails
3+ years developing web-based applications
Experience writing complex, database-driven applications
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with short, overlapping
release cycles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with unit testing
Ability to work successfully both independently and in a
team setting
Strong documentation habits and a neat, thoughtful coding style
