Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

LargeSmall Systems has an immediate opening for a Senior Developer
position.  Interested candidates should have significant experience building
web-based applications using Ruby on Rails. Experience working with Java is
also strongly desired.

LargeSmall Systems is a funded, early-stage company creating a disruptive
media and content technology with many interesting applications.  This is a
leadership position in a small but quickly growing company, with many
opportunities to make independent decisions and influence the future of the
organization.  If you would like to be a part of a focused senior team and

Requirements:
- minimum 5 years professional software development experience
- significant Ruby on Rails development experience
- skill at solving problems and getting things done
- team-oriented and a pleasure to work with
- Unix/Linux environment experience

- Ruby on Rails
- PostgreSQL
- JavaScript, CSS, HTML / AJAX
- Lucene/Solr
- Hadoop/MapReduce
