Howdy!

No, I'm not from Texas, but I do say "howdy" a lot :)

I'm trying to help my company hire some more web developers.  We need something like 10-20 more talented people by the end of the year to cover the projects we are taking on (we've got some exciting stuff for some big names).

We are willing to train you in Ruby on Rails (RoR) provided you have a solid web development or other software background.  You can also work remotely (we are based in California).
