We've got a Rails ecommerce app (essentially a catalog management 
system, with some dynamic pdf generation) that was developed under 
Rails 0.9/1.0. It needs updating, some bug-fixes and some additional 
features. I'd anticipate approximately two weeks' work, with the 
liklihood of additional work. Please email back with experience and
