We have recently decided to use Ruby on Rails for our web application,
in addition to all the .NET stuff for the back end/services.

 

If you know Ruby on Rails - yes, know Ruby on Rails, not just having
read the book - we'd love to talk to you.  We're looking for someone who
already does TDD, knows ActiveRecord, wants to work on an enterprise
Rails application, and has built at least one real, live application or
two.
