Austin Web Start-up Seeking Two Experienced Rails Badasses

MindBites is an Austin-based consumer web startup that is pioneering a new
form of community-based learning. Our beta site, which has been designed and
built entirely in Rails, is currently in an invitation-only phase and will
be launching publicly soon.

We're looking for experienced Rails developers to lead our development and
take a key role in forming and driving the continued evolution of our site
and company. We are seeking two different positions: one full-time as our
lead developer, the other as a part-time sidekick probably growing into
full-time.

Requirements:

   - Significant Rails experience (at least one year+ & 3+ applications).
   - Rock solid web development skills (xhtml, css, DOM scripting, etc.).
   - Must be comfortable and excited to drive many aspects of development
   based on real feedback.
   - Must be entrepreneurial and passionate about building something that
   will have a huge impact on the Web.
   - Should be smart, well-rounded and willing to tackle many
   multi-faceted issues (not be a silo'ed programmer).
   - Must not smell (too) bad, since we'll be working long hours in
   cramped quarters. ☺

Package will include competitive salary and equity. We supply coffee and
Mountain Dew as well as the occasional celebratory beer(s).
