[Jobs] Contract work on open government/group collaboration app

We're looking for someone that can put in 10-20 hours/week to help us
complete/polish/expand upon the application so it's ready for a couple
clients who are ready to use.

You:
 * have built/worked on real Rails Applications before,
 * are comfortable with subversion
 * have pretty strong CSS/XHTML/Javascript skills
 * aren't a jerk, flake or short-term perfectionist

This particular project will likely be 2-3 months, and if all goes
well there is plenty of work to go around for the future.
