* Java, Python, or Ruby programming expertise
* Relational database development experience
* Apache or Tomcat experience

* Identity and Access Management Team
	* central authentication, authorization, and identity management
	* web-based tools to manage identity information
	* more than 3 million user accounts
	* high-availability requirements

* Tools Team
	* hosting platform for J2EE, Pylons, and Ruby-on-Rails applications
	* centralized source, issue tracking, and build automation services
	* mainframe code editor and data access utilities
	* lab management software
