Senior Web Developer/Programmer
Job Number: 97932 Location: Austin, TX

Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison is seeking a Senior Web Developer/Programmer to work in our  
client's brand new Austin office. If you're looking for a chance to  
apply your web skills to help a custom website company based in  
Manhattan grow in the Austin market, while doing work for Fortune 500  
clients and other industry leaders, this is it! In this role, you'd  
collaborate with strategic teams, clients and creatives to build  
dynamic custom websites and databases.

Background & Experience:
If you've got the following, we'll be impressed:
- At least four years of web development experience;

- Hands on programming experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/DOM/AJAX;

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Hard Skills:
You'll be in good shape if, in your application, you include links to  
sites that illustrate as many of these essential skills as possible:

- Fluency in one of the following languages: JSP/Java, Microsoft  
ASP/.NET, PHP, Ruby;
- Experience and understanding of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server,  
MySQL);
- Some Photoshop;
- IIS and Apache.

The following are not required, but a big plus:

- Experince with building logical and physical data models;
- Experience with content management systems (SharePoint, Teamsite,  
Lenya, DNN, etc.);
- Experience with version control systems (CVS, SourceSafe);
- Experience with Linux/Unix;
- Experience with Flex and ActionScript.

Soft Skills:
You'll have a good time in this position if:

- You communicate well with technical and non-technical people;

- You're a self-starter, team player, and an enthusiastic tech-guru;

- Your laid-back attitude doesn't hint at the full extent of your  
high-tech ninja ablities (but your resume does);

- You wouldn't mind hanging out in the heart of Manhattan once in a  
while on the company dime.

Details:
This is a full-time, permenant opportunity. Further details will be  
provided during the interview process.

Compensation:
Based on experience.
