application already exists and we are looking for someone to help  
implement new features.

You must possess top-notch HTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL and Javascript  
skills. You must have keen designer skills and be able to take a  
direction on a project and then work independently to complete it.

Knowledge of SVN, SOAP (Web Services), AJAX and Ruby on Rails (or  
willingness to learn Rails) a plus.
