Scott,

I'm a very experienced web app developer who is new to Rails. We may
have met at Dave and Busters? At any rate, my experience level with
Ruby may not fit, but I have a lot of years of web application and
software design. I wouldn't my a lower pay level if there's growth
potential.

My resume is attached. Please feel free to call me at 744-7487 or
e-mail me at this address.

Cheers,
Bill Holloway

I'm looking for one experienced Ruby/Rails developer to join our project team. Someone with experience setting up and configuring Ruby environments is a plus. Someone with HTML/CSS design experience is also a plus.

A key benefit of this opportunity is that you can get connected to these projects (and future projects). If you're good, there should be plenty of work upcoming. Also, we have a start-up client which may offer profit sharing opportunities.
