Folks,

I'm have a web consulting firm.  We have a couple of upcoming projects that we have decided to do in Ruby/Rails.  They're not complicated, but they both have potential to grow big.  I'm looking for one experienced Ruby/Rails developer to join our project team.  Someone with experience setting up and configuring Ruby environments is a plus.  Someone with HTML/CSS design experience is also a plus.

Pay will be based on experience.  All of the projects are for Austin-based clients.  This is part-time work presently.  A key benefit of this opportunity is that you can get connected to these projects (and future projects).  If you're good, there should be plenty of work upcoming.  Also, we have a start-up client which may offer profit sharing opportunities.
